I have been able to find a baptism for Walter in Scotland, and his marriage to Margaret Clyne in Victoria, but I have been unable to find his death.

I have an elusive ancestor, John Price. A birthday book held by a family member shows that his daughter Margaret was born 14 February 1815 . The birth certificate of Margaret's youngest child, Isaac Whimpey, shows she was born at Merthyr Kinnock (also known as Merthyr Cynog), Brecknockshire (Breconshire), Wales. Despite having this information, I haven't been able to find a baptism for her.
The only information I have about her father is from her marriage certificate, which shows her father was John Price, a farmer.
