Welcome to the Genealogy of the Whimpey family and the family of Lois Willis.

This site brings together information on the various branches of my family.

The main branches are Whimpey, Willis, Marr, Casey.
Some of the other main surnames include Meiklejohn, Clyne, Smith, Hooton, Mulder, Theisinger, Harley and Docwra.

This site is a work in progress, and I have more information that I have not yet added to the website. Where possible, I have confirmed the information against "primary" sources, such as birth death marriage certificates,
census records, obituaries etc, however, some of the information comes from "secondary" sources, such as other family
members, online trees, etc, and has not yet been confirmed.

3 March 2010 - Added a whole new look to my site.
5 April 2010 - I have only just realized that I haven't been receiving some of the notifications that people have asked for an account. These accounts have now been activated. I also plan to set up a guestbook so that people can share information.
